The Parkside district in Birmingham, AL, was run down and all but forgotten. That is until the city decided to revive this central location to its previous glory. With a strong infrastructure investment in place it was time for a unique story to launch the revitalization. We created a market strategy and communication positioning that was widely accepted by the many levels of government approval that stood in the way.
